Does it cost anything to sign up?
No. Creating a STAD account is free and there is no subscription. You only pay for the venue slots you actually book.
How do I pay?
By card, directly in the app. Payments are processed securely and your booking is confirmed the moment the payment succeeds.
Can I cancel a booking?
Cancellation terms are set by each arena and shown on the venue page before you confirm. Check them before you book if your plans might change.
What happens if the arena cancels on me?
You are refunded in full and we help you find another slot. Arenas that cancel repeatedly are removed from STAD.
Do I need to book for my whole team?
You book the venue, not individual places. One person books and shares the booking with the group — how you split the cost between you is up to you.
Which cities is STAD available in?
We are live in Baku and expanding across Azerbaijan. If your city is not covered yet, tell your local arena about us.
