What does the service cost?
It depends on what your arena needs — the WhatsApp bot, the booking page, the dashboard and the promotion can be taken together or separately. Send us a request and we will put together a proposal and the exact numbers for your venue.
How long does it take to go live?
Usually a few days. Once you send a request we arrange a short call, collect your photos, pricing and working hours, and set the venue up for you.
Can I keep my existing bookings and walk-ins?
Yes. You set your own working hours and can block out any slot you have already sold elsewhere, so STAD only fills the time you want it to fill.
How and when do I get paid?
Card payments are collected when the player books and paid out to you on a regular schedule. Every transaction is visible in your dashboard.
What if a player does not turn up?
The slot is already paid for, so you are not left out of pocket the way you are with a phone booking.
Do I need any special equipment or software?
No. The dashboard runs in any browser on a phone, tablet or computer. There is nothing to install.
