Open the app and browse venues by sport or location. Select a venue, choose your date and time slot, then confirm your booking with a secure Stripe payment. You'll receive a confirmation instantly.

Yes. Go to your bookings tab, select the booking, and tap "Cancel" or "Reschedule." Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session are fully refunded. Late cancellations may be subject to the venue's cancellation policy.

Most venues allow bookings up to 30 days in advance. Some premium venues may allow longer booking windows. Availability is shown in real time on the booking calendar.

Yes — after booking, tap "Invite Friends" to share via the STAD group chat. Your friends can view the booking details, join the chat, and optionally split the cost with you.

STAD accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Absolutely. STAD uses Stripe for all payments — your card details are never stored on our servers. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of payment security certification available.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. If the venue cancels your booking, you'll receive a full automatic refund with no action needed on your part.

Yes. After creating a booking, use the "Split Cost" feature in the group chat to request payment from specific friends. Each person pays their share directly through the app.

Register as an owner through the app or on this website, then follow the setup wizard to add your venue details, photos, pricing, and available time slots. Your listing goes live after a quick review by our team (usually within 24 hours).

STAD charges a small service fee on each completed booking. There are no monthly fees or upfront costs — you only pay when you earn. Contact our team for the current commission rate in your region.

Payouts are processed weekly via Stripe to your registered bank account. You can view your earnings history and upcoming payouts anytime in your owner dashboard.

Yes. From your owner dashboard, go to "Availability" and block any dates, time slots, or recurring hours. Blocked periods won't appear as available to players.

Download the STAD app from the App Store or Google Play, tap "Sign Up," and enter your name, email, and phone number. You can also sign up with Apple ID or Google account for a faster experience.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Go to Profile → Settings → Account → "Delete Account." This action is permanent and will remove all your data. If you have pending bookings, please cancel them first before deleting your account.
